After moving my office to Seocho, I was looking for a decent restaurant and found a pasta place I quite liked. I went there on the recommendation of a colleague, and it was much more satisfying than I expected. It was good enough that I thought I definitely want to come back with my girlfriend later.

Appetizer Bread as Excellent as Main Dishes #
The appetizer bread served before the meal was extraordinary. It was topped with basil pesto, and the bread itself was really fluffy yet chewy. Usually, appetizer bread is just for a light bite, but the quality here was good enough to be believed as a main dish.

Arugula Pizza with Alive Chewy Dough #
The impression I felt from the appetizer bread continued to the pizza. It seemed like the pizza dough was the same dough as the appetizer bread. Arugula and bacon are on top of the chewy dough, and the bacon balanced the taste that could easily be greasy. The seasoning wasn’t too strong and was just right, so I enjoyed it until the end.

Cuttlefish Ink Risotto with Textural Fun #
Personally, this is the menu item that surprised me the most in this meal. The texture of each rice grain was alive, and the flying fish roe popping in between was really charming. It had the deep taste unique to ink risotto but wasn’t greasy at all, so I kept eating it. It’s one of the best risottos I’ve had recently.

Decent Spicy Sausage Ragu Pasta #
The last menu was a tomato-based pasta using linguine noodles. The taste wasn’t bad, but perhaps because the risotto I ate earlier was so intense, it felt relatively ordinary. It was also a bit regrettable that the visual uniqueness was a bit less because the color was similar to the risotto. I went expecting pasta, but unexpectedly fell in love with other menu items more.

Conclusion #
It’s a good place to visit when you want to enjoy proper Italian food near Seocho. Especially, I really hope you experience the texture of the risotto and pizza dough. I plan to visit again soon with a precious person.
